CBLDF Loses Appeal for Castillo

Did you think the USA was a country where adults could sell other adults material appropriate for only adults? Well, you'd be right if you were talking about movies, books, or magazines. But if the book has drawings in it, you'd be wrong. At least in Dallas, Texas.

Check out some interviews with Jesus Castillo and CBLDF director Charles Brownstein. Neil Gaiman talks a little about it in his weblog. And the comics press dutifully reprinted the press release. Our research department couldn't find any reports in non-comics press, though.

The struggle continues.
