Working Weekend

A reminder to myself: If I ever run a company, or am in a position to influence these decisions, don't ever schedule non-essential activities for weekends. Most people need weekends for themselves or their families or the parts of their lives that don't involve work. Making them come in to work for non-essential activities builds a debt that is difficult to repay.
