You can't leave!

My last day of work at my job was yesterday. It is a very strange thing to leave a job after almost 5 years. It is almost like breaking up, except you are breaking up with dozens of people instead of just one. And overall I am glad that I got to work with such a nice group of people and learn a lot over those years. There were definitely some difficult times, and maybe I should have left a little earlier, but I think this timing worked out well. I found it strange that so many people told me that it made sense for me to leave and pursue this opportunity since none of them would have said I should leave if I wasn't already planning to leave.

On to smaller and better things! Lots to learn, deadlines to meet, decisions to make...
