Time flies

Especially when I am flying, too.

Things have, of course, been busy. Too-short trips to Charlottesville, too-nerdy trips to San Diego, too much time spent working... How are you supposed to balance everything? How are you supposed to find time for all the necessary interactions? It doesn't always work out the way you want to, but you just keep trying to learn and do better, I guess.

Happy Birthday

It is the USA's birthday today, so Happy Birthday! I haven't ever lived in another country, but I do think this is a pretty good place to be. We just need to keep working to make it better!
